    Description

    We are seeking a Salesforce Omnistudio Professional to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for utilizing OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex to create scalable and maintainable applications. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on OmniStudio and integrations, along with mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and OmniStudio Developer certifications.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Application Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex.
    • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
    • Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions, and deploy changes to higher environments.

    Skills Required

    • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Apex.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
    • Proficiency in OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
    • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
    • Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification is preferred.
