Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and reconcile current dues from branch collection sheets, grouping them according to schedule.
• Deposit collected funds into the bank and ensure accurate MERC entries.

Additional Duties:

• Perform follow-up with customers based on updated portfolio data reports.
• Collect overdue payments in accordance with established processes.
• Deposit collected funds into the bank and maintain accurate MERC records.
• Collaborate with the TM-Collections team to initiate actions against delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

Graduation or a three-year full-time diploma after 12th grade is the minimum educational requirement.
