    About the Job:

    Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled Kronos Integration Consultant with experience in UKG Ready to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating Kronos workforce management solutions with UKG Ready, along with a deep understanding of both platforms' functionalities.

    Title: Kronos Integration Consultant

    Location:Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

    Educational Background:Any Graduation

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Kronos integration solutions with UKG Ready
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on integration best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Kronos and UKG Ready
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Kronos and UKG Ready integration.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Kronos workforce management solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of UKG Ready and its integration capabilities
    • Experience with integration tools such as Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and UKG Ready APIs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Kronos or UKG Ready certification
    • Experience with other HRIS and payroll systems.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms
