Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leadership Development Specialist located in Hyderabad / Secunderabad. The Associate will sell and deliver LMI programs to clients and will manage program logistics and administration. They will also provide coaching and support to program participants throughout their development initiatives. This hybrid role provides some flexibility for remote work.
Freshers or people with less than 15 years of experience will NOT be considered.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include Experience delivering training and coaching in a corporate setting, and Certifications in leadership development or coaching and in Business Development.
