    Job Overview

    Reva HR Solutions, a recruitment and staffing firm with 2-10 employees, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are open to considering candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
    • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
    • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
    • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
    • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
    • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
