- 5–8 years of related experience
- Solid knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts and roles with the SW applications used in support of Scrum.
- Serve a single team under the supervision of a senior scrum leader for medium programs comprised of 2 or more teams in order to deliver product.
- Anticipate future team-level impediments, proactively initiate resolution, nurture a program-wide network of colleagues, advocate and be detrimental to Agile Principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant Agile certifications are a plus. Professionally Certified in some scrum roles and credentials
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
