- Build and maintain innovative mobile applications on Azure cloud environment.
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, and lead React Native software engineers.
- Ensure quality through reviews and coaching, provide estimates, and facilitate communication between teams.
- Translate technical and architecture topics for various stakeholders.
- Work in support environments, focusing on optimizations.
- 5 to 13 years of mobile app experience, with at least 6 years in JavaScript, React, and React Native.
- Strong React Native and TypeScript skills, with experience in deploying mobile software and maintaining clean codebases.
- Familiarity with state management, GraphQL, , and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in native platforms (Obj-C / Swift / Java / Kotlin / Xcode/ Gradle/ Android Studio) and automated testing suites (e.g., Jest).
- Experience with CI/CD environments and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and customer affinity.
- Willingness to travel to Belgium and collaborate in project and maintenance activities.
