One of our renowned Client from BFSI sector is looking for Zonal HR Manager for their Zonal Offices in Karnataka/AP

Candidate Should have experience in Recruitment, Compensation, Training and Development, Business Partner, Bulk Hiring Volume Hiring.

Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for Recruitment, Training and effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in the Region in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization

To ensure continuous flow of competent talent within Zone, managing end to end HR activities from Sourcing to Exit.

Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels and Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce.

Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirements.

Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.

Adherence to the Turn Around Time [TAT] for getting the candidates onboard.

Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected.

Plan and execute the Learning and Development agenda based on business requirement.

Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned branches.
