    Role: Digital Marketing Manager

    Location: Chennai

    Experience: 5 to 7 Years

    Role Summary:

    Digital Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
    • Identify and prioritize digital channels to reach target audiences effectively

    Content Marketing:

    • Plan, create, and manage engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the company's expertise and client needs

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms
    • Create and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

    SEO and SEM:

    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic

    Email Marketing:

    • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients
    • Analyze and optimize email campaigns for effectiveness

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue goals
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve digital strategies

    Lead Generation:

    • Implement and monitor lead generation strategies through digital channels
    • Track and optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey

    Enabling Lead Generation:

    • Assist Presales Team to grow marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, and landing pages.

    Market Research:

    • Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
    • Submit Quarterly market research report for automotive space, and decide on the messaging for marketing campaigns on company's social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, , and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

    Sales Pipeline:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts into the sales pipeline
    • Track and report on the progression of leads through the sales funnel

    Revenue Goals:

    • Set and monitor revenue-related KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI)
    • Align digital marketing efforts with revenue targets and business objectives

    Required Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

    Desired Profile:

    1. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or Automotive or Engineering / IT Services environment
    2. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, strategies, and best practices
    3. Proficient in SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
    4. Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot/equivalent and analytics platforms
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    6. Ability to think creatively and strategically
    7. Clear understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
    8. Professional judgment and discretion on deciding & spearheading marketing campaigns that comes from years of experience in the field
    9. Sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
    10. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
    11. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
    12. Excellent communication skills
    13. Ability to quickly adapt to change
    14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email automation tools
    15. Understanding of Public Relations (added advantage)
