To help ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective testing and bug-tracking processes.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BAs and clients to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
Ensure all bugs are closed on time using the ERP system.
Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
Maintain clear and organized records of testing activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
