- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using IDS (Integrated Data Systems) software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the IDS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process guest payments and invoices accurately using the IDS software
- Assist in managing room reservations and availability in the IDS system
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Proficiency in using IDS (Integrated Data Systems) software
- Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
