    Key ResponsibilitiesOverall planning and execution of customer acquisition and retentionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing initiativesDevelop and maintain public relations with key stakeholdersHandling Performance Marketing activities which include funnel optimizations, Google Search Ads/SEM, Ad Networks, Affiliate Partnerships, Ad Fraud Management, etc.

    Organic user-acquisition via ASO (across stores) and SEOBrand Marketing activities which include Brand Building, Digital Media Optimization, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.

    Shape content & creatives to build & implement performance & brand campaignsHandling Partnerships & Strategic Alliances of API-led integrations across lending marketplaces.

    RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    Strong understanding of the fintech industry.
    Hands-on experience of building new acquisition channels8-15 years of experience. Minimum 5 years in financial services. Fintech background is a big plus.
