Job Summary
Field Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales strategies for MPS products and solutions. This role requires experience in Automotive Customers, strong technical understanding, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to expand market share across targeted industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Manage and grow relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and channel partners

• Identify new business opportunities in markets such as automotive, industrial and Telecom

• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term supply agreements

• Collaborate with product marketing, applications engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with product offerings

• Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and report performance to senior management

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements

• Support NPI and promote new technologies to customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalations related to quality, delivery, or technical issues

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or technical sales

• Strong understanding of semiconductor products (Power, Analog, digital, Power Modules)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• From reputed Semiconductor Manufacturers

• Experience selling into OEMs or Tier-1 customers

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies

• Regional or Global sales management experience
