Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using AWS Lex and Connect.
• Integrate bots with Sprinklr for seamless customer engagement across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define bot functionalities.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) capabilities.
• Integrate bots with various communication channels, such as web chat, mobile apps, and voice interfaces.
• Customize and configure AWS services to meet specific business requirements.
• Optimize bot performance and scalability through continuous monitoring and refinement.
• Ensure bot security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for bot-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• years of experience in developing chatbots and voice bots.
• Proficiency in AWS services, particularly Lex and Connect.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with dialog management frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS certification(s) in relevant areas is a plus.
