    About the Role:

    Location: Pune, MH (Remote work)

    Description:

    • This position is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
    • The overall objective of this role is to develop and lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
    • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
    • Hands-on experience in NoSQL MongoDB
    • Design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions.
    • Develop and maintain MongoDB-powered applications using MongoDB
    • Design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions.
    • Implement appropriate indexes (B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement
    • Develop MongoDB and API prototypes and proofs of concept
    • Assist developers in detecting performance problems using MMS and Mongo Profiler
    • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Application Development
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production. Perform post-release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
    • Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
    • Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service-level expectations.
