We at Coforge are hiring Subject Matter Experts - Property & Casualty with the following skillset:

P&C Insurance Domain Consultant with minimum 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in P&C domain.

Deep understanding of P&C Insurance business (Policy Administration, Billing and Claims, etc.)Ability to work with clients and team to understand and interpret business requirements, evaluate requirements into functional.

Experience of doing product configuration, requirement implementation, data mapping, reconciliation.
Experience of working in Agile development methodology.
Worked on P&C Insurance Products.

Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques and ability to analyze business problems, evaluate implications and propose the appropriate solutions.

Depth of techno functional understanding including applicability of automation, GenAI use cases.
Must have experience of creating functional solutions for proposals.
Good Knowledge of Writing Epics, User Stories and contribute to product roadmap with the customer.
Good understanding of P&C Insurance industry trends.
Prior Experience working with UK or European customersExperience of leading client assessments and as Functional SME.
