PAEDIATRICNUTRITIONISTPositionOverview:The Nutritionist at HealthLandforms an essential part of the team.
Thenutritionistwould become an influencer and achampion for good nutrition at all times. Alargepart of work as a paediatricnutritionist will depend on what children tell oractuallydon t tell.
The nutritionist has toempathise with what the children and theirparentsare going through.
The ideal candidatewill possess a deep understanding ofthedietetics domain coupled with a passionfor childrens wellbeing to drive salesandpatientsatisfaction.


KeyResponsibilities:
1. Assess the childs healthneeds and diet complying with the guidelinesoutlinedby Global/Indian health regulatoryauthorities for paediatrics.2. Conductanthropometric examinations such as measuring height weightandBMI and assessing the childs nutritionalstatus and3.

Provide dietary counselling forchildren with specific dietaryrestrictionsallergies or chronic conditionssuch as diabetes or food allergies.4.Develop diet plans for every child involving the child and thefamily based oncarefully analysing theirmedical condition and required growthanddevelopment.5.Maintain detailed records of your counsel for mapping successmonitoringandevaluation6.Conduct group counselling sessions and parent support meets tohelpcaregivers cope with treatmentconditions and inspire good food habits7.Develop strategies and interventions for addressing childhoodobesity andpromoting a healthy weightthrough nutrition and lifestyle changes.8.Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers to help themestablishand maintain a healthy dietaryenvironment forchildren.

RequiredQualifications:
Graduation/Post Graduationin M.Sc in Food and Nutrition RegisteredDietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalentcertification. Knowledge of paediatricnutrition guidelines growth charts andnutritionalassessmenttools. Cultural sensitivity and awareness toprovide care to a diversepaediatricpopulation.
A genuine passion for improving the health and wellbeing ofchildren throughpropernutrition. Minimum of 23 years experience inpatient facing role at a dietcounselingclinicStrong communication skills. Ability to workindependently and as a part of a dynamicteam.

PreferredSkills:
Knowledge of paediatric healthcareservices. Basic Computer operatingknowledge Ability to use CRM tools fortracking leads and salesprogress.
