- Lead the Digital Marketing strategy for Vetic - Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook etc.) (paid search, ad campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO) to drive traffic, engagement and retention.
- Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns.
- Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels.
- Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Manage communication, set a process and build relation with internal and external stakeholders identify new and emerging marketing channels.
- Own & deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs.
- Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments
- Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning
