    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Selling IT Professional (Staffing) Services Experience a must.
    • Mine existing accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Generate new leads to grow business and help company expand.
    • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and potential needs.
    • Good understanding of various technologies and ecosystem to be able to have meaningful and impactful conversation with client.
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

    Required skills and Competencies

    • 2+ yrs experience in IT Industry services line of business development
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization.
    • Adaptable to change
