    About the Opportunity:

    Role: Arabic Marketing Specialist

    Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

    Location: Gurgaon / Dubai

    Reporting To: Vice President - Online Marketing

    About the function:

    This function is responsible for managing the communication and growth of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) charter for the organization, through extensive consumer understanding, strategic communication development, and new user acquisition.

    About the role:

    • The role champions the Arabic user experience for GCC business.
    • They will own targets on metrics related to our Arabic platform – including creative performance metrics of Arabic ads, conversion of our Arabic funnel.
    • They will work cross functional – coordinating with the creative team, media team, product and revenue team.

    What will you be doing:

    1. Own Arabic customer journey flows for MMT website & apps from acquisition to payment.

    • Check the proper rendering of content across channels (SEO, SEM ads, display ads, notifications, emails, homepage, funnel etc.).
    • Review and update content tonality for the Arabic audience.
    • Review availability and pricing parity vs. competition.

    2. Own and improve step wise conversion along with product and marketing teams.

    • Track and periodically publish Arabic KPIs.
    • Drive KPI parity on Arabic and English content.

    3. Quality check all our assets and improve performance (App, desktop, m-site, emails, push notifications, alerts, banners, etc.).

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Graduation is must (in any stream).
    • 1-3 years' experience in Arabic reading and writing.
    • Native Arabic speaker who can read & write Arabic.
    • Digital creative agency background will be preferred.
    • Digital native preferred who understand KPIs & is comfortable with data.
