Purchasing Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Analyst to join our team at KPG99,INC. This role involves analyzing and optimizing purchasing processes, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize purchasing processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible deals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of IT Purchasing experience
• Experience with Software, IT Services, software, and Hardware purchasing
• Strong experience negotiating with vendors
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry, ideally Automotive Manufacturing is a plus
• Any experience working on vendor consolidation initiatives is a big plus
