    Solutions Architecture Engineer 1

    What you'll achieve

    As a Solutions Architecture Engineer 1 in the client engineering Incident Response team, you will be responsible for managing incidents and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to M365 & O365 platforms, Identity and Access Management, and Application Deployment for our global customer base.

    You will:

    • Design, test, and debug Application Packages following customer standards
    • Create Complex application packages and review documentation on all Packaging work
    • Lead Quality & Functionality assurance checks of developed applications
    • Provide assistance to packaging Engineers & Analysts with complex issues
    • Demonstrate technical expertise in dealing with problems within defined packaging standards

    • 2 to 4 years of Application Packaging Experience, proficiency in PowerShell Tooling & PSADT
    • Expertise in Windows Installer Technologies & Deployment tools (AdminStudio, MSI, SCCM)
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (VBS, AutoIT, Wise) and Windows Operating Systems
    • Familiarity with Modern Provisioning Tools like (Microsoft Intune & VMWare Workspace One)
    • Understanding of emerging technologies like MSIX

    Desirable Requirements

    • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • MSCE or similar certifications
