Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire SAP HANA implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization across five geographies.

Program Governance

Define and manage program governance, ensuring clear accountability and streamlined decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with the SAP Implementation Partner to finalize the roadmap, resource planning, and deliverables.

Program Management

Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, defining deliverables, milestones, and KPIs for each implementation phase.

Risk Management and Compliance

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with multi-geography SAP HANA implementation.

Change Management and Adoption

Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure effective user adoption across all regions.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 15 years of experience in program and project management roles, with at least 3 global SAP HANA implementation projects successfully managed as a Program Manager.
Proven expertise in large-scale ERP implementations for enterprises with complex, multi-country operations.
Experience working with SAP Implementation Partners and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Required qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certifications are a strong advantage.

The successful candidate will possess:

In-depth understanding of SAP HANA architecture, modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HR, Procurement), and integration strategies.
Proficiency in data migration, reporting, and system optimization within SAP HANA implementations.
Knowledge of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid SAP HANA deployment models.

The key deliverables for this role include:

Comprehensive program execution aligned with predefined objectives, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery across all five geographies.
Robust stakeholder engagement to drive consensus and maintain alignment with business goals.
High user adoption rates post-implementation, supported by effective change management and training initiatives.
Optimized SAP HANA system performance and seamless integration with existing business processes.
