    Description

    1. Develop implementand maintain quality management systems in accordance with relevantstandards (e.g. ISO 9001 IEC IEC and customerrequirements.

    2.Establish and maintain quality assurance processes includingincoming material inspection inprocess quality control and finalproducttesting.

    3.Lead and manage a team of quality professionals providing coachingtraining and performancefeedback.

    4.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standardsand identify areas forimprovement.

    5.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issuesand drive continuous improvementinitiatives.

    6.Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality measurement andtestingequipment.

    7.Develop and implement supplier quality management processes toensure the quality of incoming materials andcomponents.

    8.Prepare and analyze quality reports and metrics to monitorperformance and driveimprovement.

    9.Support customer audits and regulatory inspections ensuringcompliance with relevant standards andregulations.

    10.Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatoryrequirements related to qualitymanagement.



    Requirements

    Bachelorsdegree in engineering or a related field; Electrical engineering ispreferred.

    Certificationin quality management (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Manager SixSigma) isdesirable.

    Minimumof 3 years of experience in quality management preferably in theelectrical manufacturingindustry.
