    Job Description :

    Technically hands on :

    • Project planning & estimation in line with customer expectations & endtoend client engagement.
    • Project issue and risk management.
    • Manage each project in accordance with the plans and company's process framework.
    • Report on project progress against plan, including effort, schedule, milestones, issues and risks.
    • Efficient resource management and ensuring appropriate human capital utilization at all points of time.
    • Project management and process training for the team members.
    • Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality.
    • Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non compliance.
    • Drive corrective measures proactively if noncompliance is observed in the project.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction & build ongoing relationships with them and manage their expectations.
    • Closely work with internal stakeholders including sales, account management to maximize the further project opportunities for the existing customers.
    • Follow change management process if changes are required to the project scope, timeline, resources, or budget.
    • Knowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of best practices across projects.
    • Initiate and follow a countermeasure process if the project becomes offtrack.
    • Manage the collaboration portal and performance metrics management dashboards.
    • Provide strong leadership to the project team members.
    • Technical & behavioral skill development of the team members.
    • Plan team engagement activities & team building initiatives.
    • Career guidance to the team members. Performance appraisals & regular feedback giving for overcome development areas.
    • Clear communication and flow of information to the team members.

    Skills :

    • Open source technologies, ecommerce, web technologies
    • Relevant Industry/Domain /IT Software Services
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Timesheet Systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
