    Job Overview:

    As a Business Development - Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations of our EBOs and various offline marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall performance of our marketplace channels. Your expertise in Marketplace management and relationship building will be instrumental in driving our marketplace growth and profitability.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in marketplace management are a plus.
    2. Must have 1-3 years of successful experience in a Retail Marketing Position (Preferably from Skin care, Cosmetic and FMCG Retails).
    3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    4. Strong understanding of various offline marketplaces, their policies, and best practices.
    5. Ability to perform detailed quantitative analysis on marketing campaigns to judge effectiveness.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Marketplace Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new marketplace opportunities, evaluate their potential, and recommend expansion plans. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in marketplace policies and algorithms.
    2. Marketplace Account Management: Manage and optimize our presence on various offline marketplaces, such as Multi brand outlets (Health and Glow, NewU) and various channels.
    3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
    4. Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings on marketplaces to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
    5. Inventory and Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on marketplaces. Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and fulfillment processes.
    6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives.
    7. Travel retail stores as well as competitors to evaluate marketing initiatives with return reports and recaps.
    8. Monitor the performance of the area sales reps and tweak the sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    9. Review sales data and statistics and provide relevant reports to the senior area sales managers.
    10. Identify gaps within a geographical territory and explore methods to bridge these gaps through sales strategies.
