    About the Job Role - HR Manager

    Join us at VyasLife, a fast-growing startup in the healthcare technology and services industry. We are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare delivery by leveraging technology to enhance patient care and service efficiency.

    As we embark on an ambitious plan to scale our operations to 150 people over the next three years, we seek a dynamic HR Leader to guide our human resources' function and support our growth trajectory.

    This position is based in Pune, India.

    Location - Pune, INDIA


    Position Summary:
    As the HR Leader, you will spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business objectives.

    Starting with a small team of three, you will have the unique opportunity to build the HR department from the ground up, establishing robust processes and policies that will scale with our company's growth.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead the HR team to deliver fullspectrum HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
    • Develop and oversee a talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent as the company scales.
    • Implement effective onboarding and training programs that align with our commitment to employee development and organizational culture.
    • Establish and maintain performance management systems that are fair, consistent, and motivational.
    • Advise senior management on HR issues and contribute to the strategic planning of the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to employment and workplace operations in India.
    • Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote the company's values across all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications :

    • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an IT Services, content development/elearning or healthcarerelated industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully building and leading HR functions in a fastpaced, rapidly growing environment, specifically scaling organizations to comparable sizes.
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance issues, and best practices in HR management within India.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a small but growing team.
    • Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills.
    • Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with all stakeholders.
