As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and solve issues within multiple critical business systems components. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and Microsoft Windows Desktop Management support.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of businesscritical applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management

Good To Have Skills:
Experience with Desktop Transformation, Microsoft 365, and Network Infrastructures


Details:
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
