    Looking for 6+yrs of Site Reliability Engineers having experience in AWS and Devops in Pune location.

    Role purpose : To ensure the reliability, availability and performance of our application portfolio, toolset, and platform, as well as helping to drive improvements and enhancements at scale.

    Core competencies:

    Cloud Computing ( AWS )/Container Management ( Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker ).Infrastructure-As-Code ( Terraform and Ansible ). Observability-as-code. Configuration of log analysis / big data/Software Development (Ruby, Python, React, , JavaScript, Clojure, Java, Scala, Go or C#).Version /Source control and CI/CD implementation/Security-by-design. Safe Agile methodology, Block chain and Six Sigma. End to End visibility of Business Journey. SRE's main-focus is on system's reliability, scalability, and availability. SREs' main role is to deal with operational problems, for example – production failures, infrastructure issues (disk, memory), security, monitoring. Conduct the Post-Incident reviews to identify the root cause and document the findings to provide feedback to the core development team.

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    Define, Drive and Deliver project requirements. OSS/BSS Architecture knowledge, product suite knowledge. Automate all standard operational processes. Implement pre-emptive measures for automatic remediation of failure scenarios. Reduce the need for manual intervention. Build, maintain, and collaborate on future ready platforms with the customer in mind. Ensure environment stability, security and performance through SLO's and CI/CD enforcement. Create and improve delivery- and stability- focused tooling across a range of languages and environments. Manage e2e availability and performance of the mission critical systems. Identify and provide solutions to issues identified/faced by Business with major focus on automation. SRE is responsible for reporting the bug to the Core development team and does not get involved in debugging unless it is a production outage. SRE team is also responsible for debugging and fixing the infrastructure issues. Typical measurement metrics for the SRE role are Error Budgets, SLOs (Service Level Objective), SLIs (Service Level Indicator), SLAs (Service Level Agreement)

    What you'll do

    The IT Operations Specialist focuses upon activities that help to identify and manage the changing customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafones IT products and services in line with the Customer Service Management strategy. Providing technical advice and administration across the IT lifecycle for all end-users. The IT Operations Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in IT operations including administration and maintenance of assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and vendor management, to drive improvements through innovation, best practice techniques, and collaboration. Typically reports to the IT Operations Manager.
