    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the new digital factory based in Bangalore India.

    The objective of this new digital factory will be to empower the company's innovation strategy by equipping it with AI development capabilities and rapid prototyping.

    Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to optimize the performance of the digital factory in line with organizational goals and objectivesProvide operational leadership to ensure effective implementation of the digital factory operating model, including agile project management, technology infrastructure support, data governance, innovation processes, and customer-centricity initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and generate business valueManage the budget, resources, and timelines for all digital factory projects and programsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholdersMonitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvementExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects and programsDemonstrated track record of successfully implementing digital technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and business growthProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of agile project management frameworks, IT systems architecture, data analytics, and AI applicationsExperience with change management and organizational development practicesOther skills (Computer Skills, etc)

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesEffective people management and coaching skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResults-oriented mindset with attention to detail and qualityLanguages:
    Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
    AcademicsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
