Job Title: SailPoint Developer
Designation : Associate / Senior Associate

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions with cloud-based
approach to IAM, with out-of-the-box capabilities and workflows using SailPoint
IdentityNow / SailPoint IdentityIQ (using Automated Provisioning).
- Customize and extend SailPoint functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
- 2-4 years hands on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint
IdentityNow/SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Security and SailPoint technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with various systems
and applications.
- Develop and maintain connectors to enable seamless data flow between SailPoint and
connected systems.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of identity management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint implementation and integration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in identity and access management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ & IAM
experience)or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles.
- Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow and its components.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes for effective integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with SQL Databases & knowledge or understanding of Okta or CyberArk.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical
teams.
- Experience in: Leading IdentityNow implementations Developing complex lifecycle
workflows.
- Experience in: Connector integrations.
- Excellent development / coding skills relevant to SailPoint (java etc.).

**Education and Certifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in identity and access management or SailPoint are a plus.
- Certification in SailPoint Java/J2EE, xml, xhtml, JSF development skills
