    Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager-Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnelAnalyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projectsAssign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestonesYou will map baselined requirements to their respective project objectives, gain stakeholder agreement and align tasks into a manageable work breakdown structure and lead a team to deliver those projects so that they meet and/or exceed customer expectationsHold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsDetermine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiativesResearch and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the companyRecruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical departmentUpdate and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installationcreate value-added project deliverables based on review and agreement with stakeholders, FIDS Leadership and Ethosh Project Management OfficeSuccessfully executing projects to agreed time, scope, budget and quality including developing objectives and plans to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescalesYou will be responsible for engaging with internal clients to advise and shape projects to meet their needs by properly defining the stakeholder's project objectives and mapping requirements appropriatelyPerform requirements gathering and analysis to include: analytical techniques, interview techniques, data gathering techniques, current system documentation, business modelling methods, business process, rules and logic, data gathering to solve complex issues, development of implementation plans, development of requirements, JAD sessions and key analytical troubleshooting.

    Closing the project and formalizing acceptance of the project results ensuring that the benefits realization have been achieved or a formal plan is in place to manage theseProvide accurate and consistent weekly status reporting for key IT initiatives, deliverables, risk, issues and program financialsManage external contracts and suppliers related to a given projectMonitor and manage project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget and schedule and managing variancesProactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issue management plansDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in leading the project team in issue resolutionWorking directly with the build teams to be the go-to technical person for application build decisions and directionWorking directly with the Development Leads to provide direction and ensure alignment across development areasTo maintain an in-depth technical understanding of Engineering and supporting applications / products, being recognised as the 'go to' contact for technical queries, Project Support.

    Qualifications for Technical Project ManagerMaster's degree in Project Management or related technical field requiredPreferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware/Cloud solutions or equivalentAt least 3 years of Business Analysis experience for IT projects with a focus on hardware and 3rd party vendor implementations in a large, cross-organizational corporate structureProven working experience in global/regional IT environment/consultancy is requiredTechnical hands-on experience of at least 5 years and Knowledge about solutioning & technologies like Angular, HTML, Java, Database, SQLProfessional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferredDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodsExperience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology departmentExcellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for othersStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teamsExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityManagerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
