Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions with a strong focus on modern technology stacks. With 06 to 12 years of experience in the industry, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust architecture solutions using Python Flask, ReactJS, AI technologies, and the MEAN stack (MongoDB, , Angular, and ).
• Lead the integration of complex systems with modern databases and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with development teams to architect and implement web and mobile applications that meet the strategic needs of the business.
• Conduct system analysis, improvement, and optimization with a focus on scalability, security, and data privacy.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including coaching and mentoring junior architects and developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in technology, applying new techniques and tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document and maintain architectural frameworks, strategies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 06-12 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Python Flask, ReactJS, AI technologies, and the MEAN stack.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies with experience in designing and optimizing databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks (e.g., Azure).
• Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
