    Company Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with a background in the IT industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. The Sales Development Executive will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating and nurturing relationships, and ultimately converting them into valuable opportunities.

    Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales and B2B Sales - US Market (mandatory)

    Qualification: BBA / MBA Sales and Marketing/ equivalent to related fields.

    Job Location: Pune - WFO only

    Should be fine working as per EST (USA) timings i.e. 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential prospects.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups.
    • Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
    • Leverage Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful connections.
    • Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to ensure consistent engagement with leads and maximize conversion rates.
    • Conduct thorough prospecting activities, including data scraping and data enrichment, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
    • Possess technical understanding, particularly in IT sales, to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions.
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and sales materials to showcase our solutions and address prospect needs.
    • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and objections effectively.

    Qualification:

    • BBA in sales and marketing or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or a related role in the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and a deep understanding of IT solutions and services.
    • Knowledge and experience with Power BI, including data analysis, visualisation, and reporting will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales development tools.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
    • Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on lead conversion and revenue growth.
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
