    Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry.

    Responsibilities - - You will be responsible for the project management, execution and activation of sponsorships and events, that DBS enters into contract with or creates, in an effort to build, promote and further the brand awareness of DBS and support the brand overall.


    Job Overview:

    As the Treasures Segment Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing the bank's affluent customer segment by providing a differentiated value proposition and an exceptional customer experience.

    This will involve identifying the needs of affluent customers, developing product and service offerings, and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a segment strategy that attracts and retains affluent customers, with a focus on differentiated value propositions that meet their unique needs
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service, to deliver a seamless customer experience for affluent customers across all customer touchpoints
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of affluent customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use this knowledge to develop product and service offerings that meet their needs
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices in order to stay uptodate with the latest developments in the affluent banking segment
    • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, both individual and institutional, with the goal of growing the business and creating new opportunities
    • Develop and manage the budget for the affluent segment, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively towards the achievement of the segment's strategic objectives
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, and use this information to make datadriven decisions that improve the customer experience and drive business growth
    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of relationship managers and other professionals to deliver on the segment's objectivesQualifications:
    • MBA degree with added preference to Marketing, or related field
    • At least 8-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on affluent segments and managing a high
    • performance team of sales and/or relationship managers
    • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including wealth management products (, insurance)
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful segment strategies, with a track record of delivering business growth and customer satisfaction in the affluent segment
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience developing metrics and tracking results to support decision

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
