    Mainresponsibilities of the Job:1. To develop andmaintain a high degree of contact with key Architects Applicatorsand contractors of the region. 2. Togenerate leads and bring in sales in the designatedarea.3. Identify new Flat roofing projectsin the designated area and get waterproofing products specified inthem. 4. Set up and maintain a professionalapplicator network in the region who are trained in application ofour products on the roofs. 5. Identify Flatroofing products which are suitable for the Indian market.6. Promote client products with support fromthe Marketing team.

    Qualification:Civil Engineering with Post Graduation (preferable)

    Age 30 34 years
    Experience:0812 years of experience in ConstructionChemicals & Waterproofing Industry with a solid technicalexperience and good network of Applicators


    Skills:

    Managerial leadership analytical and problem solving decisionmaking and good negotiation skills Excellent Communication Skills(Fluent in English Hindi and local language)
