    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Collections to join our team at VCATCH. As an Assistant Manager Collections, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections department and ensuring the efficient and effective collection of outstanding debts. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in collections and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of collections practices and regulations
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
    • Proficient in using collection software and tools
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the collections department, including handling escalations and resolving complex issues
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and achieve targets
    • Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
    • Train and mentor collection agents to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections activities
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to resolve customer disputes and update payment plans
    • Prepare and present reports on collections performance to senior management
    • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in collections
    • Identify and implement automation tools or systems to streamline collections processes
