JobOverview:We seek a detailoriented and organized professional to join ourteam as an OrdertoCash Specialist. Responsibilities:

1. OrderProcessing:
   
   1. Receiveand review customer orders for accuracy andcompleteness.
      
   2. Coordinatewith various departments to ensure timely and accurate orderfulfillment.
      
   3. Generateand validate invoices based on the ordersprocessed.
      
2. Invoicing:
   
   1. Createand distribute invoices to customers in accordance with establishedbillingcycles.
      
   2. Verifybilling details pricing and terms to ensureaccuracy.
      
   3. Addressany discrepancies or issues with invoicespromptly.
      
3. AccountsReceivable:
   
   1. Monitorand track customer payments to ensure timelycollection.
      
   2. Investigateand resolve payment discrepancies orissues.
      
   3. Generateand analyze aging reports to identify overdueaccounts.
      
4. CustomerCommunication:
   
   1. Communicatewith customers regarding order status billing inquiries and paymentreminders.
      
   2. Provideexcellent customer service and address customer concerns orinquiries.
      
5. CreditManagement:
