    The Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be proficient in Excel, and have experience with Salesforce CRM. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in creating engaging presentations for customers, as well as providing insights through sales data analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Support the sales teams in creating engaging presentations and collateral on products and customer usage statistics.
    2. Run reports on sales data for the leadership teams, providing actionable insights.
    3. Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing materials.
    4. Assist in managing and updating customer databases.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create impactful materials.
    6. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.

    Requirements:

    1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales administrator or similar role.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    5. Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot is required.
    6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
