    About the Team: A portion of the IT, Development, and Bid Management Teams are based out of Hyderabad, India. We also have offices in Indiana, Massachusetts, Virginia, Ohio, Florida, and Canada.

    Job Overview: This is a leadership role within RADcube, which will manage multiple teams located in and around our Hyderabad, India office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to manage and coordinate our offshore operations. This will include managing our IT support, development, bid management, and project teams local to the Hyderabad office. This position is responsible for day-to-day operational running of the teams, including resource-management and ensuring that resources are available and fully utilized.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and MuleSoft, along with extensive management experience in leading offshore projects of varying sizes within tight timelines. This role requires flexibility and collaborative work within technology as well as with business employees and with customers. Keys to success in the role include team building, training, communication, process management, and problem solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet stakeholders to address needs and expectations.
    • Manage staff through performance and resource planning.
    • Focus on continuous improvement in service and project efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
    • Provide training and resources for outstanding performance.
    • Foster innovation by managing new ideas from staff.
    • Empower staff for accountability and responsible decision-making.
    • Coordinate offshore development and support teams at RADcube.
    • Ensure successful project delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Lead projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
    • Oversee efficient IT infrastructure and service management.
    • Guide UX/UI design and development for high-quality user experiences.
    • Collaborate with onsite coordinators and senior management.
    • Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting within the PMO office.
    • Implement data management best practices for integrity and security.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 4 + years of technology operations experience.
    • 1 + years of experience in managing and coordinating offshore teams.
    • Good fiscal and process management skills.
    • Strong technical expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other relevant cloud technologies.
    • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and service management.
    • Solid understanding of software installation processes and remote IT support operations.
    • Proficient in UX/UI principles and practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with onsite, remote coordinators and senior management.
    • Familiarity with PMO office operations and project management methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of project contracts, SOWs, resource management, and project risk management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong skills in setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others.
    • Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
    • Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.
