    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct on-ground travel for a minimum of 15 to 20 days, encompassing intercity and interstate movements.
    • Assume an operation-based role, with 70% dedicated to operational duties and the remaining 30% allocated to other responsibilities, performed on a regular basis.
    • Oversee business operations within the state, including monitoring daily team activities.
    • Exercise strong project management and coordination skills.
    • Ensure adherence to budget and cost control, company assets, team productivity, and take necessary actions to achieve desired results.
    • Prepare and execute detailed project plans in consultation with the Head Office (HO) for smooth and timely execution.
    • Define performance metrics for the team, set Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), quality agents, and strive to meet these objectives.
    • Maintain SOP adherence during fieldwork and escalate any deviations observed.
    • Provide regular feedback to HO on all aspects, including non-quantitative areas of fieldwork, suggest necessary changes, and implement corrective actions based on ground situations.
    • Monitor daily team performance, share HO feedback with the team working on the ground, and implement necessary changes.
    • Accompany teams while on surveys and work alongside them as a field observer and auditor.
    • Coordinate with internal and external customers, clients, vendors, etc., within the state.
    • Identify training needs of the team and coordinate with HO and regional trainers for conducting training sessions.
    • Foster a culture of performance, quality, and continuous improvement amongst the team.
    • Recruit Regional Coordinators, Field Research (team leaders), and Surveyors in line with business requirements.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience handling large field/ground force operations activities.
    • Experience in the BFSI segment or related sectors, such as Insurance, Logistics, Telecom, Hospitality, FMCG/FMCD, Courier Company, Learning Institute, undertaking government projects, NGO supporting programs for poor populations, Skill Development Projects, or Retail store setup across multiple locations will be advantageous.
    • The profile requires a minimum of 70% travel across states.
    • Proficiency in the local language along with Hindi/English is essential.
    • A minimum graduate qualification is required.
