Leadership and Collaboration

• Collaborating with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between Salesforce andother systems
• Architecture team in regard to project/small change intake andrelated Salesforce effort estimates
• Communicating with business partners to set expectations and negotiate when needed,explaining complex technical issues and producing technical documentation
• Participating in Agile team activities, such as estimation, collaboration in requirementsdefinition, code reviews, and contribution of feedback during retrospectives
• Mentoring junior team members Development
• Analyzing requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity.
• Applying your knowledge of "out of the box" functionality to determine what differentdesign options exist and highlight any compromises.
• Developing and documenting customized solutions within the Salesforce platform includingenhancing and creating workflows, process builders, functions and configurations andmaintaining balance between point and click and coding solutions
• Developing and documenting customized solutions leveraging Vlocity components such asOmniscripts, Data Raptors and Integration Procedures to complement built-in Salesforcefunctionality
• Develop system integrations involving web services (JSON, SOAP) and VlocityData Raptors and Integration Procedures
• Ensuring developed solutions are written to be maintainable, scalable, testable and deployable.

Ensuring that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and leverage standard CRM functionality where possible.
Ideally you will have experience with or have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 6+ years in Salesforce administration and development
• 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, triggers, trigger frameworks, Visualforce,Lightning Aura/LWC
• 3+ years as a Vlocity/Omnistudio developer with Omniscripts, Data Raptors and IntegrationProcedures
• 2+ years building Lightning Aura Components Experience with web-based technologies likeHTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Hands on Salesforce experience on Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce REST, SOAP and Metadata API and integration experience withcalling external REST/SOAP APIs and web services from Salesforce

At least one ofo Certified Salesforce Administratoro Certified Platform App Buildero Certified Platform Developer Io Certified Omnistudio Developer

It would be great if you have:

• 4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with declarative development - Process Builders,Workflow, Validations, Object Model, Security
• Certified Platform Developer II and above
• Certified OmniStudio Consultant
• Certified Copado Fundamentals I and II
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, SFDX
