    Description

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Cambridge English Facilitator in reputed international school located in Hyderabad.
    • As a Cambridge English Facilitator, Facilitate the implementation of the Cambridge English Curriculum .
    • Collaborate with teachers to plan, develop, and deliver engaging english lessons that align with Cambridge standards.
    • Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
    • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes english inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in their child's english education.
    • Stay current with developments in education and Cambridge curriculum standards.
    • Create an interactive and engaging learning environment to help learners improve their English language skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Certification in Cambridge English or equivalent qualification/experience.
    • Certification or training in English language teaching such as TESOL / CICTL / ESOL //TEFL
    • Previous experience teaching or facilitating Cambridge English programs.
    • Strong knowledge of enlgish content and pedagogy, particularly aligned with Cambridge standards.
    • Proficiency in English language excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and use assessment results to inform instruction and support student learning.
    • Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
    • Experience in delivering English language training or tutoring sessions
    • Knowledge of Cambridge English exams and testing procedures
    • Understanding of various teaching methodologies and techniques
    • Ability to develop lesson plans and learning materials
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic training environment
    • Patience and empathy towards learners
    • Experience in conducting assessments and tracking learner progress
