Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting user research activities to gather insights that inform product development and enhance user experiences. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in user research, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and manage the inflow of calls from users and understand their behavior pattern
2. Reach out to users on call to drive product adoption and understand user insights on problem areas
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to integrate user feedback into product development processes
4. Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
5. Prepare research reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
6. Help maintain research documentation and organize research assets
Qualifications:
1. Some experience (1+ years) in user research, user reach-outs, and insights generation
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance
4. Willing to step out of their home, find and meet users in person
