    Key Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager

    Main Responsibilities

    Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target dealers.

    New business generation by meeting architects, interior designers, potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

    Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

    Building strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of clients, architects, dealers.

    Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

    KPI

    Individual: Revenue through dealers leads of the dedicated designers and architects

    Number of virtual/direct training, number of generated leads,

    Key Requirements

    You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

    You have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the interior products/ building materials industry.

    You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    You have strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

    Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.

    very good in negotiations skills, driving license, and own vehicle- adding advantage
