    Overview:

    The SalesManager at our WFH (Work From Home) Edtech company plays a vitalrole in driving the companys sales efforts and revenue growth. Thisposition is critical to the organization as the Sales Manager willbe responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developingand executing sales strategies and driving customer acquisition andretention in the everevolving Edtechindustry.
    Note:This is equity based roleonly

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and manage ateam of sales representatives to achieve salestargets
    • Develop and implement strategic salesplans to expand the customer base
    • Identify keygrowth opportunities and market trends in the Edtechsector
    • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships
    • Monitor and analyzesales performance metrics to optimize saleseffectiveness
    • Collaborate with marketing andproduct teams to align sales strategies with companyobjectives
    • Conduct regular sales training andcoaching for the sales team
    • Prepare and presentsales reports and forecasts to seniormanagement
    • Stay updated on industrydevelopments and competitorsactivities
    • Participate in the recruitment andonboarding of new sales teammembers

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Manageror similar role in the Edtechindustry
    • Demonstrated success in achievingsales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strongleadership and team management skills
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities
    • Deepunderstanding of sales performance metrics and CRMsystems
    • Ability to analyze data and translateinsights into actionablestrategies
    • Adaptability and resilience in afastpaced dynamic work environment
    • Indepthknowledge of the Edtech industry and its competitivelandscape
    • Proficiency in using salesproductivity tools andsoftware
