Responsible for executing Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) projects – Buy-side, sell-side or carve out Delivering high quality projects while adhering to the project timeline and budget Identifying (and/or assisting) potential engagement related risks and opportunities and escalating it on a timely basis with the engagement team Establishing strong relationship with the engagement team Identifying potential areas for growth and improvement during the engagement and day to day operations of the team Assisting Manager, Assistant Managers, Seniors and Peers in initiating and developing new initiatives and processes
