    Job Description

    At {company}, we are seeking talented TAC Engineers to join our SASE Product team. This role is based in Bangalore, and you will work from the office on a rotational night shift.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work in a dynamic TAC environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Determine problems quickly and deliver a remarkable customer experience.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Checking the case queue and clearing cases before the end of the shift.
    • Helping customers with Netskope products and services.
    • Updating ZD with case updates and setting SLA accordingly.
    • Managing caseloads & backlog in a timely manner, driving them towards closure.
    • Taking ownership of problem resolution, reproduction, and escalation.
    • Escalating cases to the L2 team when required, with proper documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a TAC environment, specifically in Firewall and SASE domains.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong fundamental networking skills, with thorough knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol suite and OSI layered architecture.
    • Ability to relate knowledge in troubleshooting related issues.
    • Excellent knowledge and prior experience supporting network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO.
    • Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways.
    • Proven knowledge and practical application of Security, Firewalls, access and perimeter control, vulnerability management, and intrusion detection.
    • Ability to understand and troubleshoot various network problems using utilities like lookup, traceroute, ping, net stat, and packet sniffers like wire shark, TCP dump, and HAR Captures (HTTP Archive) etc.
    • International Support experience is preferable.
    • CCNA certification is preferable.

    Preferred Skills:

    • International Support experience.
    • CCNA certification.
