Description

• Responsible for Providing technical expertise and support to the Regional NOC Team Leads to ensure scalable, reliable and high performance environment and to ensure SLAs are not Mumbai Works closely with Network Planning and other departments to plan and execute technical improvements/upgrades to meet new functional and performance requirements.
• Work on special projects (investigate new hardware and software, large installation rollouts, etc.) from end to end from a network perspective and long with other teams including Network Planning, project teams etc. to enable successful completion of the same.
• Work closely with planning team to identify Tasks that can be automated and work on deploying the same.
• Ensure that the networking environment runs efficiently without interruption. Work on identifying the RCAs for P1, P2 issues and plans to remediate the same in the short and long term.
• Primarily work with users, customers, vendors, engineers and the whole technical team to ensure Smooth operations of the Regional NOC Team and build strong working relationship with them.
• Develops and Implements new solutions, strategies, and processes to support the NOC's standard operating procedures
• Provides input to improve stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of network environment based on understanding of latest technology and competition offerings etc.
• Responsible for informing Management, partners, and peers about network performance and service availability.
• Work closely with Regional NOC TLs to assess team on technical efficiency on regular bases and discuss appropriate training and team building activities.
• Plan long-term goal for network improvements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Arrange and install network hardware and software as directed by the senior network engineer Screen network performance and report findings to immediate head Design and implement network security measures Give network status reports to chief technology officer, supervisor, and/or senior network engineer Design new arrangements to enhance the strength of the present network condition Investigate network issues and blackouts; redesign and work together with network designers on network enhancement Create and implement measures, traits, and access check to secure network frameworks Support and oversee firewall situations in accordance with established IT security procedures Upgrade information network to the most recent stable firmware release Configure and manage hardware, facilitated IP voice administrations, and firewalls Provide remote help to nearby engineers and end clients Undertake limited administration duties.
