    Experience: 4+ years

    Work timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

    Position Requirements:


    •Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruiting experience focused on IT / medical editorial/content writing recruiting within a fast-moving IT/ medical/pharma company.


    •Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels such as job portals, social media channels & employee referrals.


    •Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.


    •Experience of various interview methods and assessment tests


    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates at all levels.


    •Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR team.

    Role & Responsibilities:


    •Maintain TAT on each position, take ownership and aggressively work towards closure of the position


    •Understand recruitment trends across industries - Develop and revise position specifications and job descriptions


    •Ensure continuous pipeline creation by actively identifying channels/sources, building the Partner ecosystem, networking etc.


    •Work closely with Program Managers to ensure quality assessment and exceptional candidate experience through all stages of recruitment
